  * 6 bell peppers
  * 4 tomatoes
  * 4 onions
  * 14 cloves of garlic
  * 1kg brown sugar
  * orange zest
  * orange juice
  * curcuma
  * salt
  * pepper
  * oil

  * oil, onions, garlic, salt, pepper: glaze
  * add sugar
  * add chilis
  * add bell peppers
  * add tomatoes
  * add orange zest
  * add juice
  * add curcuma
  * boil until contents loose texture
  * let sit for a day
  * process w/ flotte lotte to get ketchup-like consistency
