  * Pork fillet
  * Marinade (eg. [[rezept:mariande:Green Pepper/Honey]] or [[rezept:mariande:Mango Chutney/Sage]])
  * Peanut oil
 

===== Tools =====
  * Frying pan
  * Oven (must be able to run at 60C)
  * Baking tray
  * Aluminum foil

===== Time Requirements =====
Preparation is trivial.
Cooking takes around 4 to 5 hours but you can hack the planet while that happens.

===== Preparation =====
  - Heat the pan and add oil
  - Sear the meat from all sides
  - Put meat on aluminum foil and cover in marinade, wrap it up
  - Put into oven at 60C for 4 to 5 hours
  - ...
  - Epic profit (serve covered with marinade)
