====== Whole Rainbow Trout ====== When served with a side of veggies, rice, or potatoes, one 1/2kg trout is good for one to two persons. ===== Ingredients ===== * Four (4) fresh rainbow trouts * One (1) large onion * Two (2) lemons * Fresh sage * Fresh marjoram * Fresh dill * Garlic * Salt ===== Tools ===== * Oven * Baking tray * Aluminum foil * Sharp small knife * Cutting board ===== Time Requirements ===== * Preparation: ? * Trout: 15 to 20min at 170C (pre-heated oven) ===== Preparation ===== - Slice garlic (4 to 5 1mm slices required per fish) - Cut onion into half-rings - Clean the fish from inside and outside under running water - Seasoning (applied to inside) * Salt * Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 of a lemon * 4 to 5 slices of garlic * Add some sage leaves as well as dill and marjoram * Add onion - Wrap fish in aluminum foil and place on baking tray - Put into pre-heated oven at 170C for 15min (check after 10min) - Fish is done when the eyes turn opaque white
