Mango Habanero Chipotle

This will be enough marinade for 2kg of wings. There will also be plenty of marinade left after marinating the wings is done which you can then thoroughly cook and make into a very tasty hot sauce.

Marinade:

• 1 habanero
• 1 small tin (150g) of chipotle
• 1 ripe mango
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 5 stalks of lemongrass, minced
• 3 small onions, minced
• 1 lime, juice
• 200g brown sugar
• 100ml sake
• Olive oil
• Honey
• Salt

Garnish:

• Rosemary, minced

Makefile:

• Mince ALL the things and put into pot.
• Cook a few minutes until it looks like a good sauce.
