Slow-Cooked Pork Fillet

• Pork fillet
• Marinade (eg. Honey or Sage)
• Peanut oil

• Frying pan
• Oven (must be able to run at 60C)
• Baking tray
• Aluminum foil

Preparation is trivial. Cooking takes around 4 to 5 hours but you can hack the planet while that happens.

1. Heat the pan and add oil
2. Sear the meat from all sides
3. Put meat on aluminum foil and cover in marinade, wrap it up
4. Put into oven at 60C for 4 to 5 hours
