-  * Trout: 15 to 20min at 170C (pre-heated oven) +

-  - Slice garlic (4 to 5 1mm slices required per fish) +
-  - Cut onion into half-rings  +
-  - Clean the fish from inside and outside under running water +
-  - Seasoning (applied to inside)  +
-    * Salt +
-    * Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 of lemon +
-    * 4 to 5 slices of garlic +
-    * Add some sage leaves as well as dill and marjoram +
-    * Add onion +
-  - Wrap fish in aluminum foil and place on baking tray +
-  - Put into pre-heated oven at 170C for 15min (check after 10min) +
