-My wife and I are team company dverirs for a trucking company and sought a solution to use our DirecTV subscription on the road since we are home little. After some research we came across this product. Since we move 90% of our time the $699 stationary satellite would not work for us.  First, the positives. This price is expensive but worth its weight in gold. We purchased ours from a local dealer near our terminal in Dallas, TX and paid nearly $1900.00 for ours.  Once the dish is mounted and cables run setup is a breeze. The instructions are pretty good on directing setup, although there are only a few steps to getting going. Negatives: I didn't like that there is no mount included with the unit. That is a separate purchase ranging in price from 79.99 to over 300.00 depending on your needs. For ours we purchased the simple bolt mount and rigged it to a custom mount on the cab since we cannot drill holes. Second, while it is tracking and the vehicle is stopped it is noisy. Thankfully, ours is disguised by the sound of the truck when we are rolling down the road, and the tracking option can be turned off when not rolling, eliminating the noise. Third, when you go near an overpass the signal cuts out, as expected, and when making turns it can take a little while to get the signal back. Overall, it is a great product. I marked it a 4 because of the additional required mount and the noise while the vehicle is stopped and the satellite is in tracking mode. We are glad we purchased this product overall as 24/7 on a truck can get REAL boring!
