 +When served with side of veggies, rice, or potatoes, one 1/2kg trout is good for one to two persons.

 +  * Four (4) fresh rainbow trouts 
 +  * One (1) large onion 
 +  * Two (2) lemons  
 +  * Fresh sage 
 +  * Fresh marjoram 
 +  * Fresh dill 
 +  * Garlic 
 +  * Salt

 +  * Oven 
 +  * Baking tray 
 +  * Aluminum foil 
 +  * Sharp small knife 
 +  * Cutting board

 +  * Preparation
 +  * Trout: 15 to 20min at 170C (pre-heated oven)

 +  - Slice garlic (4 to 5 1mm slices required per fish) 
 +  - Cut onion into half-rings  
 +  - Clean the fish from inside and outside under running water 
 +  - Seasoning (applied to inside)  
 +    * Salt 
 +    * Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 of lemon 
 +    * 4 to 5 slices of garlic 
 +    * Add some sage leaves as well as dill and marjoram 
 +    * Add onion 
 +  - Wrap fish in aluminum foil and place on baking tray 
 +  - Put into pre-heated oven at 170C for 15min (check after 10min) 
 +  - Fish is done when the eyes turn opaque white
