• 4 tomatoes
• 4 onions
• 14 cloves of garlic
• 1kg brown sugar
• orange zest
• orange juice
• curcuma
• salt
• pepper
• oil

• oil, onions, garlic, salt, pepper: glaze
• add sugar
• add chilis
• add bell peppers
• add tomatoes
• add orange zest
• add juice
• add curcuma
• boil until contents loose texture
• let sit for a day
• process w/ flotte lotte to get ketchup-like consistency
